Little Acorns Pre-School which is operated independently from the school.  It is pre-school care for three year olds and run by a committee.  Although a separate organisation to Oaklands, we share close links with each other.

It operates from a portacabin set in the grounds of Oaklands School. There is a large, enclosed outside area and in addition, the pre-school uses some of the school’s facilities. The majority of the children attending live nearby.

A maximum of 20 children may attend the pre-school at any one time. Sessions are from 9.00 to 12.00 on weekdays during school term times. Children attend from 2-3 years. There is limited 2 year old funding available. 3 years old funding is available one term after 3rd birthday.
