School Timetables
The school can be a busy place with so many different aspects to enjoy.
The school Timetable varies with children ‘Being a…’ for their learning for as long as is needed. This means we are unable to say exactly what lesson happens when. However, some lessons are timetabled which are shared below.

Year N do not take part in PE or swim.
Year R
Year R do not take part in PE. In Terms 4 and 5 they swim on a Thursday and so need their swimming kit and towel.
Year 1
PE is on Mondays and so need to come in PE kit. In Term 3 they swim on a Thursday and so need their swimming kit and towel.
Year 2
PE is on Wednesdays and so need to come in PE kit. In Term 2 they swim on a Thursday and so need their swimming kit and towel.
Year 3
PE is on Thursdays and so need to come in PE kit. In Term 1 they swim on a Thursday and so need their swimming kit and towel.
Year 4
Year 4 have PE on a Friday. They also swim every Friday and so need their swimming kit.
Year 5
Year 5 have PE on a Tuesday. They also swim every Tuesday and so need their swimming kit.
Year 6
PE is on Tuesdays and so need to come in PE kit. In Term 6 anyone who has not passed the 25m swim on a Thursday and so need their swimming kit and towel.

Being a Mathematician
Children are mathematicians first thing every day. They come into school and have opportunity to apply and practice previous learning. They then have sessions focusing on fluency and rapid recall before moving onto their main learning where they focus on skills including problem solving and reasoning.
Being a Reader
Children are readers everyday. In EYFS and Key Stage 1 this will focus on RWI and reading real texts. In Key Stage 2, children will also read everyday focusing on real texts.
